  • Your requested online appointment for service will be confirmed by our office staff with a return e-mail or phone call.  We confirm all appointments within one business day. If we have not responded to your request within 24 hours, please contact us.
  • We ask that you are accessible by phone or present at the service location the day of the requested repair to authorize repairs and payment. We always call to verify your availability approximately 1/2 hour before we arrive at your site. For your convenience, we accept cash, checks and all major credit cards.

Convenient Payment Options

Payment is due upon completion of service.

If you do not have us complete any recommended services, we do charge a minimal $55 trip fee for plumbing calls. This fee compensates us for the time and effort to professionally inspect the problem(s), and to develop and discuss our up front price proposal for any services or products we recommend for your unique situation.
